Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on January 29, 2024 found that Aveanna Home Health had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on December 6, 2023.
